Kristiaun Joy

For the past 11 years, Kristiaun Joy has worked with youth in various settings with an emphasis for adolescent girls.  She is the co-founder of Gem-N-Me, a nonprofit based in Cleveland, Ohio that focuses on self-esteem building and helping girls make income streams with the goal of breaking the poverty cycle.  Kristiaun Joy earned her bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising from Kent State University and a Masters from John Carroll University in Nonprofit Administration. But even with all that experience, nothing has prepared her for this next journey like real life has.  
Kristiaun Joy has developed a Christian based product line.  The Joy Planner and Journal helps individuals find their joy and organize their goals with weekly and monthly planners, affirmations, journal prompts and Bible verses.  Prayer cards are to be used both during quiet time and come with a carrying case to be carried in a book bag or purse.

In her spare time, she loves thrifting, traveling, trying new foods, and having a good laugh.
