What is Gem-N-Me? We are a gender specific girls group. Our purpose is to provide self-awareness and leadership skills to encourage, enlighten and empower girls on everyday issues they face preventing at-risk behaviors. How old do I have to be to join? Gem-N-Me focuses on ages 11-17. We have curriculum’s modified for ages as young as 5 and have additional leadership roles within our program for girls over the age of 18. Is there a fee associated with this program? There is a cost for specific programming. Please reach out about programs you are interested in. Some programs are ACE reimbursable. Fundraising and donations are needed to keep program running cost. Where is the program held? Our program is currently being held at the Garden Valley neighborhood house twice a month in our girl’s room. We have also created a Safe Haven for girls during the summer months for a place to hang out. How do I enroll my daughter? You can simply shoot us an email! Our weekend programs run for 1 ½ to 2 hours depending on session type. We also have field trips, service projects and guest speakers and times will vary
