• ​Where: Onsite location or location to fit your specific needs.
• Who: School groups, church groups, dance teams, cheer teams, etc.
• What: Workshops from topics on anything that teaches girls to be aware of self. From body image to hair care Gem-N-Me would like to share what we have found to be a big need for girls of all ages.
• Why: We have gems of information to share. We would like to give back by providing free services to adolescent girls.

So what sort of things can you expect?

Gem-N-Me makes learning fun! We encourage, enlighten and, empower girls to lead without fear and be creative with whatever they want to do.

• Our workshops are interactive, resourceful and guarantee to leave you wanting more! Our facilitators can relate to adolescent youth and most importantly we give girls a voice. We would like girls to step outside of the box and leave our session learning something new. So are you ready?
• Sessions given by a licensed social worker and trained youth facilitator.
